We have boat storage available at our Fairfield Storage Lot. . This lot is fenced with combination lock , you have 24 hour access to your boat. We do not double stack so you can get to your boat anytime. Minimum storage length of time is 6 months.
The cost for a boat up to and including 24' is $35.00 per month with a six month minimum. Yearly rate paid in advance is $350.00 plus tax.
The cost for a boat 25' and above is $40.00 per month plus tax with a six month minimum. Yearly rate paid in advance is $400.00 plus tax..
The cost for an empty cradle or empty trailer is $35.00 per month with a six month minimum. Yearly rate paid in advance is $350.00 plus tax.
Please note storage is taxable in Ohio. There is electric and water available for your use at no charge in season. This lot is approximately 3 acres so there is plenty of room. You Must have a completed and signed storage agreement with Strictly Sail before boat goes on lot.
PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO SANDING OR SCRAPING OF BOTTOM PAINT ALLOWED ON OUR STORAGE LOT.
